Welcome to PP8, Malaysia's leading digital entertainment platform. This Terms & Conditions document governs the entire relationship between you as the user and PP8 as the service provider. Multiple account ownership by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining funds.

You are fully responsible for:

• Ensure all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date
• Keep your password and login credentials confidential at all times
• Report to PP8 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Ensure your account is not used by any other individual, including family members

PP8 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from the use of your account by a third party due to your own negligence in safeguarding your account security.

PP8 supports a variety of payment methods popular among Malaysian users, including FPX, interbank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and DuitNow QR. All financial transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and processed through secure, licensed payment channels.

Deposit: Deposits are typically processed within seconds to 5 minutes depending on the chosen method. The minimum deposit is RM 20.00 and the maximum daily limit is RM 50,000.00 unless a different limit has been set for VIP accounts.

• PP8 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• PP8 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for anti-fraud review purposes if deemed necessary

• PP8 reserves the right to void bonuses and related withdrawals if a member is found to be abusing the promotion system
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be directly exchanged for cash

PP8 reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to do so. Such action may be taken for reasons including but not limited to:

• Fraud, misrepresentation, or submission of falsified documents during registration or the KYC process
• Multiple account ownership by the same individual
• Systematic abuse of the bonus or promotion system
• Use of unauthorised software or methods to gain an unfair advantage in games
• Money laundering activities or suspicious financial transactions
• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the PP8 customer support team. Any valid remaining balance in your account will be returned once all required checks have been completed.

PP8 services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. PP8 makes every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption 24/7; however, we cannot provide an absolute guarantee of uninterrupted availability at all times.

PP8 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred during gaming activity, whether caused by game outcomes or technical factors
• Indirect or consequential loss of profits, income or business opportunities
• Failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions or third-party infrastructure disruptions
• Any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence

In all circumstances, PP8's maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made in the 30 days preceding the relevant liability claim.

PP8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via in-platform notifications and registered email at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with international legal principles applicable to the operation of online digital entertainment platforms. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the PP8 platform shall first be resolved through an amicable negotiation process. Should negotiations fail to reach a resolution, the dispute shall be referred to independent arbitration, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
